🌸💜 International Women’s Day Service at Christ Church Melton 💜🌸

On Sunday 8 March, the Third Sunday in Lent and International Women’s Day, we will be holding a special service celebrating the dignity, gifts and contributions of women in the Church and in our wider community.

Throughout the Bible, women play vital and inspiring roles in God’s story — and in the Anglican Church today women continue to serve faithfully in many forms of ministry and leadership.

As part of this service, Rachel Carling, a valued member of our congregation, will deliver the sermon, reflecting on faith, hope and the importance of recognising the gifts women bring to our communities and our world.

🌼 Everyone is warmly invited to attend — whether you are a regular churchgoer, follow another faith, or have no religious background at all.
