Each Friday morning at 9:30 AM, we gather at Christ Church Anglican Melton for Morning Prayer — a quiet but powerful moment in our week where we come together to lift up our congregation, our wider community, and the needs of the world in prayer.
This simple, welcoming time is open to all who feel led to pray — whether silently or aloud, whether regularly or just once in a while. There’s no pressure and no expectations. It’s a space to seek God, support one another, and unite our hearts in prayer.
We pray for:
- Our church family — for healing, encouragement, and spiritual growth
- The Melton community — that God’s love would be known in every street and home
- Local and global concerns — from neighbours in need to nations in crisis
- And any specific prayer requests brought by those present
Following Morning Prayer, many stay on for our Knit & Natter group — a warm, friendly gathering where hands are busy with wool and hearts are busy with laughter, conversation, and connection.
